Terms of Service

By creating an account, adding balance, purchasing a subscription, or using any service on farmlabs.dev, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use our services.

You must be at least 16 years old and capable of entering into legally binding contracts. By using our services, you confirm that you meet these requirements.

• You may add balance to your account using Stripe payment methods.
• Added balance is non-refundable and has no expiration date.
• Subscriptions are activated manually by deducting the required amount from your balance.
• Subscriptions do not renew automatically unless you manually activate a new period.
• We reserve the right to adjust subscription prices at any time. Current prices are always shown before activation.

All payments and balance top-ups are final and non-refundable, except where required by applicable consumer law (e.g. 14-day withdrawal right for EU consumers on first-time balance purchases – see section 11).

Refunds may only be considered if there is a technical issue that, even after receiving support from our team, cannot be resolved. Such refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.

Once balance is used to activate a subscription, no refunds or reversals are possible under any circumstances.

You can stop using the service at any time. Unused balance remains in your account indefinitely.

We may suspend or terminate your account immediately and without refund if you violate these Terms, engage in abuse, or attempt chargebacks.

You agree not to:

• Share, sell, or transfer your account or access
• Reverse engineer, modify, or distribute our software
• Use the service for commercial purposes without written permission
• Exploit bugs or interfere with the service

By using our services, you acknowledge that your use of third-party online gaming platforms is entirely at your own risk.

You fully understand and accept that using our tools may result in consequences to your online gaming accounts, including but not limited to:

• Account suspensions or permanent bans
• Loss of in-game progress, items, or virtual goods
• Other account restrictions

We are not responsible for any actions taken by third-party platforms against your accounts. You assume all risk associated with the use of our services.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FarmLabs is not liable for any damages resulting from your use of our services — including account bans, lost progress, financial loss, or emotional distress.

Our total liability in any case shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past 3 months.

All software, tools, and content are the exclusive property of FarmLabs. You receive a limited, revocable, non-transferable license for personal use during an active subscription.

We may update these Terms at any time. Significant changes will be announced on the website and in your account dashboard. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

If you are an EU consumer and this is your first balance top-up, you have 14 days to withdraw and request a full refund, provided you have not yet used any balance to activate a subscription. Contact [email protected] to exercise this right.

These Terms are governed by Dutch law. Any disputes will be submitted to the competent court in Amsterdam, Netherlands.
