This Privacy Policy explains how FarmLabs ("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, stores, and protects your personal data when you use our website farmlabs.dev and purchase subscriptions for our automation services.

We only collect data that is strictly necessary to provide our service:

• Account data: Username and e-mail address (provided during registration)
• Payment data: Billing name and e-mail (processed via Stripe – we do not store full payment card details)
• Technical data: IP address, browser type, and device information (automatically collected)
• Essential session cookies (required to keep you logged in)

We do not collect any special categories of personal data (e.g. health, religion, political opinions).

We process your data only for the following purposes and legal bases:

• Creating and managing your account – Performance of contract
• Processing payments and subscriptions via Stripe – Performance of contract
• Providing customer support – Performance of contract
• Detecting and preventing fraud and abuse – Legitimate interests
• Complying with legal obligations – Legal obligation

We do not use your data for marketing, newsletters, or profiling.

• All data is stored on secure servers located in the European Union.
• Sensitive data is encrypted at rest using AES-256.
• Access is strictly limited to authorized personnel.
• We use HTTPS, firewalls, and regular security updates.

We delete all personal data immediately when you close your account or request deletion. Billing records are kept for a maximum of 7 years for tax purposes only.

We only share data when strictly necessary:

• Stripe Inc. – for payment processing (USA – protected by EU Standard Contractual Clauses)
• Hosting & cloud providers – server infrastructure (EU-based)
• Legal authorities – when required by law

We never sell your personal data.

Data transferred outside the EEA (e.g. to Stripe in the United States) is protected by EU Standard Contractual Clauses or other approved safeguards.

We only use strictly necessary Laravel session cookies to keep you logged in and a small preference cookie for language selection. No analytics, advertising, or tracking cookies are used.

Our services are not intended for persons under 16 years of age.
